Hello, I'm Tom Eckmann, founder and head coach at Absolute Business Services. I came by my position naturally since I have worked with startup, early-stage and growth companies for more than 30 years. I have helped dozens of entrepreneurs, either as an advisor or corporate executive, establish and grow their companies. I have also started, grown and sold several companies of my own, so I know first-hand what the experience is like. I've learned a great deal from these experiences, and so now I and a small group of associates spend our time helping new and aspiring entrepreneurs get started on the right foot and grow successful companies.
