Jutta De Leon, CPA

Jutta is a financial consultant who provides strategic consulting, assists in developing business plans and projections and private placement memorandums, acts in various interim executive positions and provides restructuring assistance for financially troubled companies.  Clients span most industries and sizes from startup companies to very large corporations.

Prior to becoming an independent financial consultant Jutta had 18 years experience with KPMG Peat Marwick. In her 10 years as a partner she specialized in high technology, biotech, health sciences , healthcare and retail, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, IPO’s and due diligence activities. Ms. De Leon was also a national instructor for KPMG’s training programs for 14 years and on the firms professional practice review team and partner in charge of recruiting.

Ms. De Leon graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Washington , and also has a graduate management certificate from University of Washington.  She currently serves on a corporate board and an advisory board.
